Let's Detrash South Bend Park

Happy Wednesday! We look forward to seeing you this weekend.

Let’s pick up trash this Saturday (Feb 3) at South Bend Park.

We’ll meet at 10:30 AM at the parking lot at 2000 Lakewood Ave SE, Atlanta, GA 30315. The Southtowne Trail (see map below) goes through the park and into the nearby neighborhood.

We recommend bringing the usual hiking necessities (water, snacks, layers, etc.) as well as a trash picker, thick gloves, sunscreen (maybe bug spray), and trash bags. The pickers are great for hard-to-reach items.
