Hey Detrash Crew!
Join us this Saturday, June 7th, at Adams Park (1620 Delowe Dr SW, Atlanta, GA 30311) to pick up trash starting at 10:30 AM. It looks like there’s a parking lot by the Adams Recreation Center, so let’s park there.
This has been such a rainy summer so far, and my weather app is threatening that it could rain again this weekend. I’ll send another notification either Friday evening or Saturday morning, and if we meet, I’ll have a restaurant picked out. Feel free to provide suggestions if you’re familiar with the area!
What to Bring:
Hiking essentials: Water, snacks, sunscreen, and maybe bug spray and anything else you’d usually pack.
Trash-cleaning tools: A grabber/picker (great for those hard-to-reach spots), thick gloves, and trash bags.
